The Account Team you work with Mondays–Fridays is the team available and ready to respond on activation day – be that evening hours, weekend activations, or holiday events. Dedicated means just that, we’ll respond within 15 minutes 24/7/365. We are accessible and respond via phone, SMS, email, or through our dashboards and mobile apps. You don’t need to send an email when what you need is a voice on the other line ready to react.
